Well, I'm talking about flash, and according to Boz's site, the Super Program supported OTF TTL flash exposure control, as did all the auto focus film bodies I checked.   So did the *ist-D series of digital cameras, but that worked so poorly that I'm not surprised that most people don't realize it was available.

Yes the only body that used OTF for both normal metering and flash metering was the LX, but once again the discussion was about why the FTZ flash series won't work with digital bodies except at full power.
