Ken, Flickr actually shows the exposure information below the photo.
It is f/8 for all three photos.
I hadn't thought about the DOF earlier, - but I agree, a bit
narrower DOF, especially on the first shot, could've been better.
But, then, I understand that when you have some opportunistic shots,
you want to have some "safety net": it's better to err on the side
of too much in focus than not enough.
