Yikes! Who decided _that_ was a good idea?
Looks like a triumph of marketing over engineering... the same review
also rips dynamic pixel shift. Of the major enhancements to the K1 II
only the improved AF seems to be holding up.
I wish Ricoh would offer substantive upgrades. The K1 is great but a few
simple things would improve the experience - like a faster bus, bigger
buffer, improved AF, AF sensors spread more widely throughout the frame.
Not hyped up sexy features but basic, solid enhancements. Ridiculously
high ISO and the promise of hand held pixel shift strikes me as just
gimmickry.
