Hi, Alan. Indeed, Moscow is 100% western. Same GetTaxi service (and some others), same hamburgers (I was taken to one place where the mince the meat on premises, so to say - wonderful lunch), metro (subway) trains come every 2 minutes, city is clean and people are very polite.
So, all in all - except the different language and some natural differences, Moscow can easily compare to NYC or London.
