Use Keynote on your Mac to create the presentation. That's what it's designed
for!

If you're going to do the presentation on a Windows system, once you finish
formatting and preparing it in Keynote, Export it to a PowerPoint file so that
you can use PowerPoint on Windows to display it. It won't image quite as well
as Keynote on a Mac, but it can do a good job.

(PS: Always test the exported PowerPoint file after you export it. PowerPoint
is often funky in how it displays things ...)
