When I don’t know how to do something, I find utilizing support available on the Apple website, especially support communities, or Googling, gets me the information I need pretty quickly. Go to > Settings > Passwords and Accounts > Your Account > Mail > Tap the button so it shows grey instead of green. Or delete your account altogether. It's not "stoopid" iPhone. It's not "stoopid" anybody. You just don't know how to do it. Most of the time that's the case. At least in my case. I don't understand why you’d purchase an expensive phone and the deactivate one it's most convenient functions. If you switched your account to IMAP you could get mail on both your devices. ---------------------------------------- Eric Weir Decatur, GA USA [email protected] "What does it mean...that the world is so beautiful?" - Mary Oliver -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
