I tried running Image Sync on a Samsung S9 without success. All my remaining Apple ios devices are to old (ImageSync needs IOS10). Tried other Android devices without success. Contacted Ricoh tech support and their answer: Image Sync works and no plans for any updates, call Samsung. This sounds like they sold me something that will never work...
