That is a very clever thought. 

Alas, it is the Church de Santo Tomas, and there are about 15 Saint Thomases 
listed in Wikipedia. I looked at several articles about the church, and none 
say which St. Thomas it was. “Santo Tomas” and “Saint Thomas” score no Google 
hits with “May 19”.

Sigh.
