I settled on Kiwifotos adapters - I have 3 Pentax K to MFT, and an M39 to MFT: <https://tinyurl.com/y54vl8dj> (links to amazon web page) Quality is good and no loose bits on mine. Sturdy release mech, good fit, what's not to like.
