The GOOD ones are harder to find than hen's teeth. The rest are a dime a dozen. If you haven't found a good one yet, keep looking.
I don't think you can go wrong listening to Doug & Mark or Stan or Paul ... even someone like your humble narrator may have something to teach, if only as a "bad example".
It's like that old saying, "If you want to marry the enchanted prince, you're gonna' have to kiss a lot of frogs first."
... and in my experience, there's a lot of just plain ol' toads out there pretending to be a frog prince.
