I can strongly recommend Lowepro. I’ll look later to see if I can find the
model designation for mine which meets all of your criteria…
        - Waist belt (which tucks away when not in use)
        - Chest strap
        - Optional thingie, sort of a rigid open-top pouch, that you can
attach; foot of tripod goes into the thingie, and then a built in step higher
up holds the tripod in place
        - Laptop sleeve
I usually load mine with several 8-packs of SD cards, 2-3 spare batteries, one
or two chargers, 2 K-1 bodies, 15-30, 24-70, and 70-200, and maybe the 100/2.8
macro and the A-50/1.2. Or a telexteder or other gadget. I have also used it
with one K-1, one 645Z, and a couple of lenses for each. For long trips I have
a Dome shoulder bag for overflow, and then on a given day I either just use the
Dome and one extra lens, just because I don’t like working from the backpack.
But if I am going out to the meadow for a couple hour session, the backpack
goes, is placed on a plastic sheet on the ground and I work from there.

My iPod in the top-outside compartment, lens cleaning material there as well,
remote control in the separate outside pocket. When I traveled with laptop that
would be in the laptop compartment, now I use that space for file folder(s)
with travel documents, maps, etc.
