Here in the US you can buy it in bulk direct from Walmart on line by the
pallet, but, you can't find it on the store shelves at the moment.
I guess it just goes to show that People as individuals are smart, but
people in groups can very stupid.

It's bulky and doesn't generate much profit for the storage and shelf
area it occupies. So, the stores never stock more than strictly
