I can only answer for California, but here the actual facts at the press conference were explained as "You can go out for a walk, or take your dog for a walk. You can be accompanied by members of your household. You can even be accompanied by non-family as long as you stay at least 6' apart." (this was from a CDC official, I believe, rather than one of the politicians). It has since been clarified that you can ride a bike around the neighbourhood. It's unclear whether these are universal exemptions, or if there are tighter rules for those of us who are "high risk" (over 65, overweight, diabetic, asthmatic, in poor health, ...). I check off a lot of those, as does my wife. There is also some concern that keeping seniors confined too rigidly is itself problematic; it can lead to depression, and to losing interest in keeping alive. -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
