Actually, it’s a matter of whether you filed an income tax return or not. Those who filed a return electronically or had their refund sent directly to their bank got their checks right away. Social Security recipients who weren’t required to file a return were next. I’m in a blue state where “that woman” is governor, and I got my funds quite a while ago.
