I'm surprised it took so long. Mine hit my direct deposit the day after they
announced they were delaying "checks" because they had to have his signature.
Ann is in a Blue state. I recall that you are in a Red state. If so, that might
explain the difference in speed of payments.

Actually, I'm in what is considered a "purple" state - half red, half blue.
I think it's more likely because I *DID* have to file a tax return last year, so
my interaction with the IRS (which is where they appear to have gotten their
direct deposit info) was more recent than Ann's.
