Alan - not a great time to tell us how lucky we are..
-/Personally/-, I AM lucky because I hve a rent controlled apartment in
a neighborhood where what I pay for rent is roughly 1/10th of my down
stairs neighbor who has the identical floor space. ( and I mind less
being on lockdown than many do.)

I asked on another forum how he was going to "sign" a direct
deposit & got roundly abused.
Got a letter from the Dept of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service
yesterday. Official Business, Penalty for Private Use $300
Inside was a campaign form letter from "THE WHITE HOUSE", WASHINGTON
to tel me:
you_are_receiving_an_Economic_Impact_Payment_of___$1,200.00____by_____Direct_Deposit___."
... signed by you-know-who!
So, I finally got a question answered.
Oh, and it has the same letter printed in Spanish on the other side.
