Paul raises a decent point. In fact this is one of the reasons I'm hoping 
the Pentax DSLR *will* be like the Canon D60 - the user buttons are 
accessible and apparently fairly straightforward. These small P and S 
digicams amaze me because their controls are so small and fiddly.

I want something that I can use, not something I have to spend ages 
fiddling with. Mind you, having said that, when I was a lad, I had to 
learn how to load a reel, how to develop film - that wasn't exactly 
straightforward! Maybe there are rights of passage in the digital agd of 
photography also <g>.
