In my opinion probably not more expensive than the XT-4 which is $1.6k.

Pentax Forums has a section devoted to that body. It seems to be well
enough liked.
Also, it looks like a new flagship level APS-C body is just over the
horizon. From the looks of the way Ricoh is pricing stuff, I expect it
will be priced well north of $2k, I expect somewhere around $2.5k.
