Frantisek, Setting my Gossen Luna Pro Digital F to ISO 100 and 1/60 flash synch, it reads F8 for a value when the flash is fired on manual from 2 meters. Hope this is what you are looking for.
It also takes about 4 seconds to recharge after firing manual using fresh NiMHs.
