I do more or less everything on my iPad and iPhone, including banking, email, Lightroom photo editing, walking and cycle route planning etc etc. I have a M1 Mac mini with a trackpad and Magic Keyboard, but rarely use it and I just connect it my TV when I do use it.
However, I’m not as heavily into photo editing as many people, and being colourblind I don’t rely on my colour vision for anything, so I don’t really even need a calibrated monitor. > On 6 Mar 2023, at 17:50, David J Brooks <[email protected]> wrote: > > My main worry is if the desktop crashes or get infected that i have > something to carry on with my different emails and banking, until a new mac > can be bought, if the ipad will do all that i may just go that route and > forget the macbook for the time being > > Dave -- %(real_name)s Pentax-Discuss Mail List To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected] to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
