The flash sync on the 645n is only a 1/2 stop better. Both systems
have leaf shutter lenses.

No. You'd be hard pressed to see a difference under 16x20.

Um, they both have nice lenses. You should should look at both and see
if each system has what you want.

Like Bruce said, you should handle both systems. Oddly enough, I found
I liked the finder on the 645n better for MF'ing. Bruce liked the 67.

Go figure.
