Some of them includes a data back, exposure dataimprinting, built in flash, more AF points, mirror lock etc. It's amazing how easy some clearly visible differences are omitted or depreciated. F100 has less AF sensors, but 3 of them are cross type, spot metering covers 1% of the field, exposure compensation works with +/-5EV in 0,3 EV increments, max X sync is 1/250, fps is up to 5 (vs VERY amateurish value of 2,5 in the MZ-S - it's not significantly better than in my MZ-5n).
