I find this interesting, we have excitement and fear and all sorts of things because of the speculation on Pentax. Pal, you seem to know a lot. And your idea scares me :) I would think that Pentax would have to come up with a new top of the line camera to go with these lenses that we speculate about. Isn't that a bit out of character? Wasn't the PZ-1p the flagship since 1995? Would they put a better (I know, not necessarily better, LX and all :)) camera out than the MZ-S so soon? I can't speak on the technical parts, as I really don't understand them, and haven't been using Pentax for as long as most here have. But it seems to me that Pentax would piss off their hard-earned customers by coming out with another camera and leaving those with MZ-S cameras in a lurge.
Just my 2 cents :) Brad Dobo ----- Original Message ----- From: "Pl Jensen" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Wednesday, September 11, 2002 4:39 PM Subject: Re: Orgin Myths -- The Finale? :) > That's why I beleive that the new KAFIII mount will be dedicated to a new camera series. I don't think any MZ-bodies will take new USM and IS lenses. The MZ-S is top-of-the-line MZ-series body. > > > Pl >
