William, Is #1 fixed FOR SURE ? :) The reason I ask is for a "just in case" sort of issue. I have Jeff's not-so-old (beautiful condition) LX and even though I don't have to send it in, I may do so for a regular cleaning early next year.
After hearing about the horror stories from Pentax out in East Mississauga, I'm a bit concerned.
