Hi, Brad,

I don't think film will ever die, especially 35mm.

Kind of like vinyl records. The market's small, but it's there, and they are
still pressing vinyl, at a cost. It's a specialty market for sure, but that
will likely be the way film is, once the digital revolution is complete. There
will always be the "art photogs" and the like, who just like film, because they
do, and will be willing to pay whatever cost to get it.

Geez, they still make 120 and 220 film. How much of that do you think they
sell, as a percentage of the film market? My bet is: not much...

I don't think it'll be a matter of "you have to go digital" due to the fact that
"film is dead", as much as it'll be "for the price, digital is as good as or
better than film".

regards,
frank
