I'm not arguing about the sworn statement part.  When
accompanied by a sworn statement, it possesses
different value in courts is what I am saying.

I'm not saying one is inadmissable, or one is always
better, or one cannot be used without sworn statement,
or ... ... ...  I'm just saying they are viewed
differently.  Read carefully.
