The item I think most of is the interval timer. This was a derivative of a special stand alone unit for the MX and it became an expensive (US$160+) back for the SF-1/SF-1n. It allows you to set a future start time plus an interval and take a set number of pictures. Put your camera on a tripod and take a picture every hour for the next 36 hours. Set the interval to 5 minutes and take 30 pictures over the next 2 1/2 hours of the party. The other thing I remember is green or tyro mode. The PZ-1 becomes a P&S. Here you can be set up with a program AE line for landscape, action (faster speeds), or best MTF function for the lens. It kind of reminds me of the P5/P50 interface. I've never used the intervalometer although I have thought it would be good to capture a nice sequence of a flower opening over the period of a couple of hours... Vic
