Yes you've told us that you don't use eBay others here do.

You can and should post off list in many cases, it's not necessary for every 
message to make it to the list. (And yes I could have made his private but it's 
a public issue)

This is a public forum but it's not like your typical newsgroup, for an 
unmoderated list it is generally very well behaved and a pleasant place to 
communicate, lets try to keep it that way. If you vehemently disagree with 
someone then take it off list.
