I do, and they are all good. Personally, they
are all the same to me (a Pentax trademark), and won't make a print ever and is
a fun thing like if I break it, who cares....so I have the Optio 230.
Wonderful little thing. As to the viewfinder, mine is probably similar,
but good enough for what I use it for. And yes, if I'm taking some
important shots with macro, I use the display. I have the same type of
living room. However, I find that even when the camera is telling it
is not in focus, it is. I shoot anyhow, and looking at it on the computer,
it's perfect.
Mike, you could do something for me. I've had
the Reps try this with all the other Optios, and they do the same thing but
Pentax tells me it's not a P-TTL type feature. It does not affect the
shot, but my 230, the 330's all do this double flash. Red-eye is not set,
just straight flash. It's a bug now according to someone I know.
Besides the drain on power and slight annoyance, it's not a big deal, however I
am curious if the Optio 430RS did this as well or they fixed 'the bug', or
termed it as a P-TTL feature. Try it out and let me know!
