Define "worth". Your hardware will support it, though it might not be as snappy as you're used to it being. You will have less trouble with strange and unexpected crashes, and they won't (generally) bring the entire machine down. All in all, it's an upgrade I'd make unless I had a compelling reason not to, and I'm about as anti-Microsoft as they come. :-) TTYL, DougF KG4LMZ
