Yep, I also have a few /48's in there.

I've got for example 2001:0898:3000::/48 delgated to my nameservers.
I can delegate 2001:0898:3000:0000::/64 to another nameserver, by 
adding 0.0.0.0 IN NS ns-test.domain.tld
That's what you're trying to do, if I understand correctly.

I think the version you're using is a bit buggy perhaps :)
