Hi,

Has some mastered the art of setting up rdns for IPv6 with powerdns?

I found that I can create the zone but not add PTR records with PDNS-Admin

I got the zone d.d.3.0.8.3.8.0.1.0.0.2.ip6.arpa up and running.

But adding a host to it through PDNS-Admin seems to be impossible.

For example I want to add the host with IP adres
2001:838:3dd:0:21b:fcff:fe93:a1ab to it.

And it would be something like:

b.a.1.a.3.9.e.f.f.f.c.f.b.1.2.0.0.0.0.0 PTR frodo

I guess it would be nice if PDNS-Admin would understan IPv6 zones and I
could just add the IP adres to the zone and it would properly decode it
for me to the proper PTR record.

Hugo.
