Yo all, Idea first: I think it'd be kinda neat to aggregate members del.icio.us (if they use it, of course). I was thinking we'd look for certain tags and build up a communal pool of ruby-related links.
Question: when folks have ideas like this, should they just go ahead, implement them, and send in a patch? Should we discuss here first? Is there some file in the repository where ideas could be placed for future discussion? What about bug fixes or dealing with todos?
