Yeah -- *community.* I think that's been the driving implicit, if not explicit, goal of the project.
We have community-building, like the cat-herder/event-planner, or the codefests themselves. We have community-mapping/gathering, like the RSS aggregator or Ben's del.icio.us scraper. And we've been discussing community-work, like the nodeDB for Personal Telco, or a portfest, or the like, in which the pdx.rb does something for the external community.
