It's still a fairly small community and I'm sure many of us will have to work with each other on future projects (whether that might be business projects or otherwise) so let's go out of our way to make sure everything is harmonious between the two groups. This shouldn't be seen as an "Us vs them" situation. If we're careful to do that then after a year or two people are going to wonder why there are two different groups and then perhaps the suggestion will come that the two groups should re-merge - let's at least keep the door open for that possibility.
