What are the plans for the next meeting? There's no event on the cat-
herder as yet. I'm out of town, and won't be back until the 10th, so
I'm probably not the best to put forth plans...
However, Allison Randal emailed me volunteering a short talk about
Parrot, the virtual machine that's being developed for Perl6.
There's a project called Cardinal, originally started by our own Phil
Thomson, to get Ruby running on top of Parrot.
Might folks who will be able to attend the meeting be interested?

I could do a quick 10 minute presentation on Parrot at the next
Ruby meeting if you have space. (Is it on July 4th, or are you
delaying it for the holiday?) It'd be just enough to get people
interested, and I could give a longer presentation later if they
like the idea.
