I use Dreamhost.com <http://Dreamhost.com> they seem to do well with my Rails installs. Let me know if you are interested. They offer a big refferal/discount which I could just pass on to you.

It's good hear that at least one dreamhost customer is satisfied, however...

When I was researching hosts a few months ago, I considered Dreamhost, but while cheap they have a terrible reputation: "dreamhost sucks" produces almost half a million hits from google, and casually sampling the first couple pages of results indicates they have real problems with availability, basic competence, customer service, and business ethics. <http://www.google.com/search?q=Dreamhost+sucks>

I wouldn't "dream" of using a service like this for anything I cared about. Especially not something as technically challenging to support as Rails apps.
