Another good idea is to just post your questions here to the list and
see how the community responds.  I honestly am not sure how commited I
would be to helping you one-on-one, but I am happy to throw advice out
and you'll probably get just as fast response since there are perhaps
hundreds of people on this list who will give you an immediate answer,
and those same hundreds will correct any bad answers you might get,
which would not be the case with a 1-1 situation.

My first advice would be to drop lighttpd and use mongrel plus pound
or apache.  Is there a reason you want to use lighttpd?  Fastcgi?
