I recently started with Ruby and Ruby on Rails, and I've been enjoying it so far. I really enjoy actually building my app, but I run into a lot of problems when I try to deploy it. I was wondering if I could talk to someone with experience with RoR and lighttpd. I have a lot of questions about the best way to deploy, production mode, Internal Server errors, etc. I've tried forums and books, but I think it's sometimes just easier for me to learn when it's a two way conversation.
I'm guessing that describing the finer points of error messages doesn't sound like the greatest way to spend an hour or so, but I'd buy you coffee (or your preferred beverage) and you'd get the gratification of knowing that you helped someone who is really dedicated to learning Ruby and contributing to the community.

PS. Now that I think about it, Skype might be a great way to talk about some of this stuff, so that's an option, too.
