New info: I'm still not able to install/update the most recent redis and libsodium. However, I was able to install the latest apcu, which means that something you did helped with packages that have been announced after your latest change. The problem is that the packages that were updated before your latest change are still not correctly in the index and/or database. Would it make sense to open a bug at bugs.php.net?
