Protel Hell Glad you found different software. Lets count, PADS, Accel, PCAD, Schema, Orcad, Veiwlogic, all eaten up or out of business. So you are either designing with Cadence or Mentor, you failed to mention. Not really bad choices, I guess. I will continue using Protel and DXP2004 until I retire...why? because I have proven track record at making money with this product. My life isn't Protel Hell. With the exception of a few annoyances it has actually a Protel Delight. Good Luck.
