In general, Protel software doesn't like to import files with negative coordinates. If your Gerbtool files have a center reference, there are negative coordinates in the generated files. You should relocate the reference point such that all data has positive (x,y) coordinates.
What kind of Gerber file - RS274 or RS274X? If they are RS274 format, remember you will also have to load the apertures before loading the Gerber files.

SNIPDoes anybody know why Camtastic will not import gerbers generated from Gerbtool? When I import, It just give a blank screen. No error message, nothing. Does Camtastic only read Protel and it's own generated gerbers?
Thanks for any help. Dale
