Usually those are physical dimensions of resistors, capacitors, etc. There's
one series of numbers using imperial dimensions (inches):

0201 - 0.02 x 0.01
0402 - 0.04 x 0.02
0603 - 0.06 x 0.03
0805 - 0.08 x 0.05
1206 - 0.12 x 0.06
1812 - 0.18 x 0.12
etc.

And another series using metric dimensions (mm):

6032 - 6.0 x 3.2
7343 - 7.3 x 4.3
etc.

Hmmm, now that I look at my own library parts, I'm not so sure about those
metric size parts. Can somebody else please confirm this?
