Well gang thanks for the tips or suggestions.
I found the problem with my library compiling. Turns out that in the
parts giving me the problems I had an aberration in the schematic symbol
footprint fields. On the parts giving me the difficulties there was a space ('
') in one or more of the footprint fields. So the compile process was trying to
find a footprint named ' ' which didn't exist.
I don't know how those spaces got into the footprint fields but in the
future if anybody sees something similar it is something they can look for as
well.

Subject: RE: [PEDA] Porting P99SE libraries to DXP
Sensitivity: Confidential
Hi Brad,
I don't have DXP or P2004 but do know that P99SE schematic libraries can
have alternate graphic symbols with a choice of normal, IEEE, DeMorgan.
Could the message relate to some alternate symbol?
Glen
