The Open Topic forum. Techserv offers both the PEDA forum and a sidebar
forum for discussion of topics that are...off-topic. Peda is technically
for discussion of Protel-related (directly) matters; use of the program,
discussion of future direction, etc., but not RoHS and similar. My own
opinion on that topic is that it is so pervasive that whether ontopic or
off, it is worthy of discussion wherever it takes place, but that's just
my opinion. Other PEDA members, and more importantly, the host, may not
feel that way...

There haven't been any complaints from either, so I don't see why the
thread really needs moving at this juncture...
