I am a bit puzzled by this suggestion.

Concordance?
“Order” (inferring numerical order and mathematics?
“Index" as a categorization?

Are propositions inferred by “concordances”?

Or what is the glue that binds the three concepts together?
Can anyone expand on this proposal?

Cheers
