And a windfall profits tax would get passed and signed into law?  The other day

the gym, I asked my congressman, Wally Herger, a very conservative republican, 
if he 
knew of any political figure that took a courageous stand.  He hemmed and 
hawed, but 
could not name any.  As a consolation, I offered Walter Jones, but I don't know 
much 
about his circumstances.
