Greetings Economists,
The lack of participation of women on the left is no longer acceptable. That is the most fundamental aspect of the times that cannot be ignored. Pen-L is a good example.

On my part I do not work in real life in mostly male political organizing. I do not think it hard at all to shift whom I work with so that women are in charge doing what they think interesting. I like women leaders over men. I in particular oppose the ganging up attacking mode of male only circles. That is a key element to confront in the left where male leaders subject women to intense pressure over differences on doctrine instead of nurturing the growth of womens power in the left.

Pen-L needs to recruit more women and make this forum a champion of women's left economic voice.
thanks,
Doyle Saylor
