Doyle;
The part you talk up is 'work place' where you negotiate the rules.
What is a work place if shorter work hours in place? If you organize
around the work place how do women represent themselves for the work
they do at home? If those are two apart rather one whole, your
comment is an abstraction based up the 'work place'.
SD would argue for protections outside work carrying through to
pregnancy leave and pay no questions asked and so. The work place
could be a reflection of the city culture not the boss culture. Lose
your job, not there in the work place what is that gray zone?
thanks,
Doyle Saylor
