re: "lacking in choice", I think there is a big difference between
high-end and low-end sex-workers. And perhaps also between the
developed and undeveloped countries. Think human trafficking.

Also I must confess to a personal bias: I really do look down upon sex
workers - strippers and escorts and I sure as hell wouldn't want
anyone close to me to be in that industry. Just as I wouldn't want
someone close to make a living cleaning toilets for other people.
Ideally, I wouldn't want *anyone* in those occupations. If something
is worth doing, it is worth doing for free.

That's a real shame because it is an interesting and important
subject. Perhaps Michael will relent if we promise to behave
ourselves?
